What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces delivered via white-glove service typically arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your lighting and decor?
Yes, all Mitzi products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are your light fixtures compatible with LED bulbs?
Absolutely. While many of our fixtures have specific socket types, they are all compatible with LED equivalents to help you save energy and customize your brightness.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be changed.
