At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your lighting fixtures in their original boxes with all protective padding, hardware, and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
